Our client is a leading big 4 bank who has an excellent working culture and an award winning marketing portfolio. A role has arisen for a switched on and professional marketing manager to assist in improving the financial wellbeing of their customers across the consumer banking teams.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders to execute end to end campaign management with a focus on acquisition, brand advocacy engagement and customer experience. You will implement and deliver national marketing campaigns to drive lead generation across existing and new customers, across multiple channels including on and off line, point of sale, digital and print.

With a focus on engagement and improving the in branch experience.

Key to the role:

  • End to end campaign development, across retail strategy and tactics best practice.
  • Implementation of the marketing activity creating
  • Working across brand to ensure all communications are aligned with the business tone of voice.
  • End to end campaign management across a targeted calendar being able to deliver on time in budget, managing assets across direct digital and print.
  • Work with key stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and execution.
  • Communicating briefs and creative plans to agency and managing these relationships.
  • Keeping abreast of competitor activity and changing consumer trends
  • Management of marketing budget and reporting
  • Analysis of campaign metrics
  • Experience understanding and optimising programmatic digital channels for focused campaigns as well as traditional channels.

About the candidate

If you are a hands on experienced marketing manager coming from an acquisition background then I want to hear from you.

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing campaigns ideally with experience of point of sale, print and digital campaigns
  • Experience within financial services preferable
  • Experience in project management, analytics and strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience within brand/ATL campaigns direct to customer and print
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Your success will come down to your ability to manage multiple projects, someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, who can manage relationship's with both internal and external key stakeholders.
