Located in the Northern Suburbs they are experiencing continuous growth due to product innovation, unique sales approach and most importantly great customer service after sales support and therefore require a Technical Compliance Specialist to join their team
About the role
As the Technical Compliance Specialist, you will utilise your electrical engineering and appliance background to ensure that regulatory needs (locally and internationally) are met for new and existing products. Reporting into the R&D Manager, you will liaise cross functionally on new product development and best practice documentation keeping whilst also meeting with external regulatory bodies. Your knowledge of test laboratories will also help you in achieving your goals.
Skills & Experience
Your proven track record in continuous improvement and compliance will lead you to succeed, as will:
* Proven experience in international compliance systems & standards in a complex appliance manufacturing environment.
* High Level computer skills in M/S Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP Systems.
* Exceptional technical and document writing capabilities with high attention to detail and the ability to foresee regulatory needs and changes
* Great communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
